3) APPROVAL.... You then decide exactly what work is to be done.
4) PAYMENT.... Once you have paid, work can begin immediately.
5) WORK.... Our engineers can access your system directly through SSH, explore the problem, and fix it directly. We can also talk you through the exploration and fixes of minor problems, so you can do it yourself.
